Deboer Tools is a premier manufacturer of carbide rotary tools in Canada, currently utilizing Vestra Inet’s CRM system in its everyday operations. This management system is able to increase efficiency and the effectiveness of Deboer Tool’s operations. This custom integrated system currently oversees and controls the production processes, ordering, catalogue, inventory and accounting systems all through one easy-to-use interface. A breakdown of the system is as follows:

As each order is placed through the easy-to-use online ordering system, the integrated system then bundles and sorts similar orders together and chooses the next available workstation to process said orders. As the bundled order is carried out through the stages of the production process the system tracks and controls the location and position of each individual order, giving the client peace of mind in knowing their business is in safe hands. Once processing is complete and the bundled orders are resorted individually, the finished order is sent to the warehouse for shipping, the system once again stepping in to control which address the order is sent to. Finally as the order is shipped to the client, the system automatically generates an invoice and is emailed to the client.

Deboer Tools currently has over 3000 clients and at any given point throughout the production process, are easily able to log into their accounts to either modify or change an existing order or place an entirely new one. What's more, the custom production management system and the inventory count system are both linked, allowing the client to store and manage their inventory easily at Deboer Tools.

All in all, Vestra Inet was able to fully and effectively automate the whole production process for Deboer Tools, thus achieving a degree of efficiency the company had never experienced before. Managing over 1 million product SKU's at any given time, this system was able to significantly reduce labor costs.
