Clients are able to login through the secure system and place orders based on the 3 types of materials configuration selected (wood, veneer and thermo-foil). This easy- to-use platform is fully integrated and allows users to create new orders, view status of existing orders, check past order history and even receive a quote.

Once an order or quote is placed it is automatically sent to the administrator for review, the system even generates a pre-quote for a given client based on the materials and size specifications chosen. As the final quote is approved by the administrator and sent to the client, the platform generates a “cut list” that calculates the number of materials needed and subtracts the required materials from inventory. Then the order is automatically sent to the production stage which will program the order specifications on any given machine for processing.

With functionalities such as certain size specifications as well as a variety of currency formats, this system allows clients to be in total control to ensure their unique specifications are met.  Moreover, this fully integrated system also allows for automatic preferred pricing discounts to Executive Woodworks’ most valued clients. Lastly, automatic invoicing is in place which allows clients to receive invoices and quotes by email as well as the ability to track their order at every step of the production process.
