Weller publishing is a Canadian publishing and printing house that specializes in the printing of newspaper and book type formats. Weller publishing currently utilizes Vestra Inet’s customized CRM software in its everyday operations. This custom designed system is responsible for controlling and tracking all the printing orders throughout the facility. The FTP client log, in combination with our ordering system, allows each of the currently 400 registered users to place orders as well as send files remotely all through one easy-to-use system. As well, with the ability to track each order, clients are able to see the immediate status of their orders at any time, down to the printing stage that it's currently in. Vestra Inet has custom built this customer relationship management program in an effort to have efficiency and reliability available to both the client and Weller Publishing.
